Shoot Advisory Work

As well as having over 50 years’ experience of setting up, running and improving already established shoots, we have been heavily involved in the financial aspects of all types of shoots, from the big (up to 10 Gamekeepers), to the very small with only a part time keeper or on a self-help basis.

We have as a result, a wealth of comparables which cover all aspects of the establishment and running of game shoots, for Grouse moors, Pheasant, Partridge, and Duck shoots, and from driven to rough shooting. This enables us to accurately analyse your shoot’s performance, the costs involved and whether savings could be made and if so, how.

We can tell you from how much your feed costs should be, to what you should be able to charge for let shooting, to whether the returns you are currently achieving are reasonable or could be improved.
